Theodora Papadopoulou has broad experience advising major international clients on real estate, mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracts and other matters of corporate law. Theodora’s field of expertise includes advising clients with subsidiaries or branch offices in Greece and on legal aspects of their business, carrying out litigation work in relation to commercial and civil law disputes and assisting high-end individuals and foreign investors in obtaining residence permits and concluding real property projects in Greece.

Theodora joined the firm in 2007 after working and training for a number of years at “Raikos, Niforopoulou & Partners” Law Office.

Theodora has been a member of the Athens Bar since 2005. She obtained her law degree from the law school of the University of Athens. Theodora is a contributor of the issues “Investing Across Borders” released by World Bank.
