Marina is an experienced attorney-at-law with over 20 years of legal and business experience. She advises domestic and international clients on a broad range of corporate, commercial, regulatory, and transactional matters, combining legal expertise with a strong commercial perspective.

Her practice focuses on capital markets, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, debt and equity financing, shareholders' disputes, commercial contracts, real estate transactions, technology and data protection law and venture capital investments.

Marina has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2005. She holds a law degree from the Law School of Democritus University of Thrace (2002) and an M.Sc. in Business for Lawyers from ALBA Graduate Business School (2009).
