Our lawyers combine deep regulatory expertise with practical, commercial insight to help organisations navigate an increasingly complex and fast-moving landscape. We have extensive experience advising on data privacy and GDPR compliance in the employment context, covering all aspects of employee data processing, workplace monitoring, internal investigations, and HR-related data governance — helping employers balance their legitimate operational interests against the privacy rights of their workforce.

IT Systems, Security & AI Policies:   We advise on policies governing the use of IT systems and information security, as well as bespoke AI policies that address the governance, transparency, and accountability requirements arising under the EU AI Act and applicable data protection frameworks.
