Vicky Katsouli has been with the firm since 2006 and is based in the Athens office. Vicky has extensive experience on a wide spectrum of finance and shipping law matters including banking and financial services, asset and ship finance, ship sale and purchase, ship sale and leaseback, newbuildings, loan workouts (including restructurings, arrest and auction of vessels in various jurisdictions, enforcement of security via private sale of ship), public offerings, project finance and corporate matters. She regularly represents banks, financial institutions, equity funds as well as shipping companies and operators.

Vicky has been a member of the Piraeus Bar Association since 2007 and a member of the Law Society of England and Wales since 2018. She obtained her law degree (LLB Law) from Queen Mary, University of London and a master’s degree in Shipping Law (LL.M.) from London Metropolitan University. Prior to joining the firm, Vicky gained valuable experience during her internships in the London and Piraeus offices of Holman Fenwick & Willan International.
